Dr. Suny Caminero, the firm’s on staff Medical Doctor, was born in New York City. Her family enjoyed the rare opportunity to move back to the Dominican Republic where she was raised. Her experiences in the D.R., her return to the United States, combined with her medical education make her singularly qualified to support the mission of the Law Offices or Randy Reep.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut, and was an Intensive Care Unit nurse before attending Medical School. For her M.D. she studied at Michigan State University in Lansing, MI. She then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida (Jacksonville, FL). She was also the Chief Resident while at Shands Jacksonville.
Dr. Caminero has received many teaching awards while at the University of Florida and has authored several research papers and presentations. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and many other medical associations.
In addition to English, Dr. Caminero is fluent in Spanish. These attributes, along with a bed side manner of competence, caring, and compassion, make Dr. Caminero one of the true highlights of the office.
While it is true that our clients love Dr. Caminero, her primary function within the firm is to ensure the attorneys and staff have the medical resources available as to an expert understanding of the nature and cause of various injuries. She also provides evaluation of diagnostic tools and their respective results enabling our legal team to better fight for our clients. Together the team combines these tools, the collective knowledge, and skills to capture the essence of a case, and maximize its value.
Dr. Caminero’s interests include her medical practice at St. Vincent’s Hospital (Riverside), her family, and assisting those who have injured in finding relief.
